Delivery and Pickup

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders placed by Wednesday 5pm are delivered, weekly, on Saturdays between 4pm - 9pm via our courier service.  Any meal ordered after the deadline will be delivered the following Saturday. After placing an order through our standard order form on our Site checkout page, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order (Acknowledgement). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy Products by subscribing to a Service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your order has been accepted (Confirmation) and Awaiting Fullfillment. You will be notified via a delivery confirmation email once your items have shipped.

 

PICKUP POLICY

Orders placed by Wednesday 5pm can be picked up on Saturdays between 4pm - 9pm at our 25 Annette Crescent, Shop #6, Kingston 10 location. For more clarity on our pickup policy or the exact location, feel free to call us at 876-296-9922.

 

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

We are not responsible for spoilage, as we prepare all dishes fresh on the day of delivery/pickup  and follow all food safe handling criteria right to your door. We recommend keeping meals no more than 4 days without freezing.

We will not provide refunds for orders that have been prepaid, without 24 hours notice of cancellation
