Q: Who is Easy Diet Store?

Easy Diet Store is a meal prep company that is truly making dieting EASY for everyone. We prepare fresh, healthy and delicious meals and deliver them weekly to your doorstep.


Q: Is there an order deadline?

Our deadline is every Wednesday at 5PM. These meals are available for pickup or out for delivery every Saturday between 4PM-9PM.

 

Q: Does Easy Diet Store deliver?

Yes we do deliver. We charge $300 per every 10 meals until it surpasses 40 meals then the price for the delivery stays the same.

 

Q: What are delivery times?

We deliver on Saturdays between 4PM-5PM. We will notify you when your order is out for delivery.

 

Q: How are meals delivered?

We utilize OnPoint Courier Services. Check them out: onpointcourierservice.com

 

Q: Does Easy Diet Store offer pickup?

Yes you can pickup your meals from our 25 Annette Crescent, Shop #6, Kingston 10 location on Saturdays between 4PM-9PM.

 

Q: How do I know my meals are ready for pickup?

You will receive and email showing a change of status for your order which will now say "Awaiting Pickup".

 

Q: How long do meals stay fresh in the refridgerator?

Seafood stays fresh four days in the refrigerator. Poultry and meat stays fresh seven days in the refrigerator. However we recommend freezing all your meals and then the night before putting in your fridge what you will eat on the following day so that by then it defrosts and still has that maximum freshness.

 

Q: What if I have food allergies?

We make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals.

Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to use caution when ordering Easy Diet Meals, as some of our meals do contain common allergens such as peanuts, nuts, dairy, and wheat. If you suffer from food allergies, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time as we are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have and inform you which meals are allergen free.

 

Q: What are the re-heating instructions?

We suggest cracking open the corner of the lid and reheating them in the microwave on high for 90-120 seconds.  For pancakes and some of our breakfast options we suggest 60-90 seconds.

 

Q: What if I have questions before I place my order?

If you have questions before you place your order, or regarding an existing order please contact us directly at 1-876-296-9922 or by email at info@edietstore.com. All phone calls and emails will be answered or returned with in 24 hours.

 

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?

Contact us at 1-876-296-9922 or info@edietstore.com as soon as possible as we will have to cancel the order internally. Once order is cancelled, a refund will be issued. Orders cannot be cancelled after Friday 12PM.

 

Q: How do I change the shipping address for an order I've already placed?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at 1-876-296-9922 or info@edietstore.com as soon as possible.

 

Q: Are your meals gluten-free?

If you have Celeiac’s Disease or gluten sensitivity, please contact us at 1-876-296-9922 or info@edietstore.com to inquire about specific meal ingredients.  We attempt to always have a few gluten-free meals.
