Breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday to serve dinners and one while all meals on Saturday and Sunday to serve a family of 4. Some recipes do enough leftovers for two nights or lunch the next day. Although we believe there are no single universal meals, we have made every effort to come up with something that appeals to a wide range of people. Everything is Weight Watchers friendly, turned on the updated Blue WW SP for convenience; feel free to swap out any provisions that you want or simply take advantage of this inspiration!

The list of food is comprehensive and includes everything you need to plan for all meals. I have even included a recommendation brand of products I love and use often. Cross-check the cabinet because many spices you’ll notice I often use, so you may already have a lot of them.

And last but not least, the meals are flexible and realistic. There is plenty of wiggle room for cocktails, healthy snacks, dessert, and dinner outside.
